At Modular Closets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your storage solution; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all components are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Carefully disassemble any components and place them back into their original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger palletized shipments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
